How long is the processing time?
1 - 3 business days. Every one of our cases are handmade to order!
What is your shipping policy?
Domestic orders with the standard shipping option will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
International orders (outside of USA) will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail International with delivery confirmation. Please be aware that you may have to pay taxes imposed by your customs office.
By shopping with us, you have agreed and allowed us to ship your packages via the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you would like your package to be shipped via other shipping services, please contact us to discuss other options! Please note that extra charges may apply.
Please note that purchasing priority mail will not make the processing time faster. Processing time will be the same as any other orders no matter what shipping option you choose. Thank you!
How long does shipping take?
USPS's average shipping time once shipped:
Standard USPS first class mail: 2 - 8 business
Upgraded USPS Priority mail: 1 - 3 business days
Standard USPS international first class mail: 2 - 6 weeks
Upgraded USPS international priority mail: 6 - 10 business days
Please note that all the above shipment times are just average shipment time and may vary depending on many factors such as weather, custom clearance, public holidays and the efficiency of your local postal offices.
My package was marked as delivered but I never received my package?
Unfortunately we have no control of the package after we shipped it. We will not be responsible for any delays or lost packages in transit caused by USPS, weather or any other factors. But we will try our best to help you locate your package with you. Thank you for understanding!
What is your return/exchange policy?
Since every item is handmade to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Same applies to custom orders and purchases intended as gifts. For more details, please refer to our full return policy here.
I entered the wrong address and never received the package?
Please double check that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for any lost packages due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Refused and returned packages will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
Are your phone cases the tough and protective kind?
Our slim collection cases are designed to fit snuggly, adding minimal weight to your phone. While they do provide some protection against scratches and minor bumps, they are not the tough and protective kind. We do have a 2-in-1 protective phone case coming out very soon though, so stay tuned!
